Machine Learning for Agriculture today: Agronomist 2.0 is coming
Today we have a lot of data in Agriculture in Russia, a lot of sensors, “smart equipment”, GIS-technologies etc. But it is a really big problem to make something smart and simple for farmers and agronomists. Agronomist 2.0. Bot or Helper, which can help directly from field, where is not Internet as a rule. Helper, which can collect knowledges and experience of “alive agronomists”, update information as often as sensors, satellites and other sources upload new data about fields. It includes image recognition for disease-area detection and calculate affected area, generate recommendations, answers for requests about the best time for harvesting, place for community of experts, where bot will answer for questions about farmer’s problems. We started to create Agronomist 2.0 in 2018, and do it for mobile devices.
